Sheet metal parts, welded assemblies, complete products. In series, shipped from inside the EU.
We fabricate at our plant in Kraljevo — from the single sheet metal part through to the fully assembled unit, with development and design engineering where you want it. We supply you as an EU seller: no import clearance, no customs declaration, no contract with a non-EU company. Your contact for technical questions and quotations is based in Germany.
Track record
We already manufacture for producers in the German-speaking market
Not as an experiment but as ongoing business. In our export business, manufacturing for other producers is our main activity: series assemblies for companies that sell under their own name.
No names appear here
A manufacturer working under confidentiality does not list its customers on its own website — not even the ones who would allow it. What we may name, we name in conversation.
Your technical solution stays yours
Drawings, fixtures, test specifications and the experience that has gone into a part over years belong to you. We have protected that for others for decades and will hold to it for you.
The non-disclosure agreement comes first
Before the first drawing, not after the first order. Your own template is welcome.
What we fabricate
From the cut blank to the finished, assembled product
How far we take it is your decision. We cover the chain in house — from design engineering to the packed unit. That saves you interfaces, transport between suppliers, and the argument about who answers for a defect.
Development and design
Forty mechanical engineers, design in SolidWorks with PDM for models, revisions and release states. We develop our own equipment ourselves — and we will work on yours where you want it: feasibility, design for manufacture, the drawing set.
Single part and assembly
Cutting, forming, welding, finishing. The individual processes are listed below. This is the centre of gravity of our plant, and where the work usually starts.
Final assembly and testing
Mechanical assembly, fitting of bought-in parts, controls and moving components, leak and pressure testing. None of it is new to us — it is daily routine in our own equipment production.
Unit ready for despatch
Marked, packed, with the documents you specify. Delivered to your warehouse or straight to your assembly line — or, if that is what you want, to your customer.
Most manufacturers come in at stage 2 and assemble themselves. That is the normal case and perfectly fine. What matters is that the stages next to it exist: you can extend the depth of supply later without changing supplier or qualifying a second plant.
The individual processes
Cutting
Laser, plasma and flame cutting, punching and nibbling. Flat parts and blanks for downstream operations, with weld edge preparation.
Forming
Press braking, rolling, tube and section bending, deep drawing and embossing, flanging and beading.
Welded structures
Our focus is heavy welding, largely by hand. Thick walls, multi-pass welds, out-of-position work — parts where the welder decides the result, not the cycle time. Robot welding where the quantities justify it.
Finishing and assembly
Shot blasting, powder coating, wet painting. Mechanical assembly, leak and pressure testing, packing ready for despatch.
Full working ranges, material thicknesses and tolerances follow on request as a data sheet.
Delivery
You are buying from an EU company
Your contracting party is Radijator EU d.o.o., registered in Slovenia. It imports the goods and supplies you intra-Community. What that means for your purchasing department:
No import clearance at your gate
By the time the goods reach Germany they have long been in free circulation.
No customs declaration, no import VAT
You receive an invoice without VAT and account for it under the reverse charge — the familiar routine for any intra-Community purchase.
No contract outside the EU
A European contracting party, invoicing in euro, no currency risk.
From where you sit, the transaction looks no different from a delivery out of Bavaria — on a manufacturing cost base you will not find there.
The plant
Our plant in Kraljevo, Serbia
Grown out of a workshop founded in 1991, in its present form since 2002. Around 350 staff across three sites, 25,000 m² of production area, 30 CNC machines, 20 to 25 tonnes of steel processed per day.
Forty graduate mechanical engineers in development. Design in SolidWorks with PDM for models, revisions and release states, ERP across purchasing, production and scheduling, CAM for cutting, bending and machining. We deliver to more than 27 EU countries.
We process P265GH pressure-vessel plate in 5 mm wall thickness as a matter of routine.
Own production
The best evidence is our own programme
We have built a complete line of our own heating equipment for years: log boilers, wood gasification boilers, pellet boilers and water-jacketed pellet stoves, combination boilers for wood and pellets, warm-air stoves, electric boilers, buffer tanks and industrial boilers up to 500 kW. Fourteen product families, more than 150 types, over 15,000 units a year.
What matters to you is not the product but what it says about the fabrication:
Pressure vessels and boiler bodies
- in P265GH, welded and pressure-tested
Three-pass tube heat exchangers
- many seams in a small space, tight and dimensionally accurate
Sheet metal housings and cladding
- in series, coated and ready to assemble
Assemblies with moving parts
- feed augers, fans, controls
A house that keeps 150 types in one programme has mastered changeover, repeatability and material scheduling — or it does not keep the programme.
It also explains why neither end of the chain is bought in here: this equipment comes into being on our own site, from the design through to the packed and tested finished product. Development and final assembly are therefore not a service we would have to set up for you — they run every day.
How we work
Series supply, not job-shop hours
We are looking for manufacturers with their own end product and recurring demand — for part families that run for years, on a framework agreement with call-offs.
A good fit
- recurring sheet metal and welded assemblies
- a product life cycle measured in years
- batch sizes over which setup and fixtures are worth amortising
- a need for a second source alongside the established one
- a wish to hand over assembly stages or design work
Not a fit
- one-offs and prototypes with no series to follow
- short-notice overflow capacity billed by the hour
- parts needed tomorrow
The second list is here on purpose. A supplier who can do everything can do nothing.
Evidence
Documents for supplier qualification
For your approved vendor list we put together the records you need — certificates, inspection certificates, welding documentation, measurement reports. Tell us what your qualification process asks for and we will send it.
Your contact
Technical clarification before the quotation
Drawing, tolerances, weld quality level, feasibility: we work through all of it with you before a number is on the table. In person, at your site.
A visit to the plant in Kraljevo can be arranged at any time, at short notice and together with your quality department.
Enquiry
Your enquiry
One question sets the frame: how far should we take it? To the assembly, to the assembled unit, or starting from your specification with the design work. If you already know, tell us — if not, we will settle it in conversation.
Beyond that, to answer quickly and with something you can rely on, we need:
- GeometryDrawing or data file
- MaterialGrade and sheet thickness
- QuantityPieces per call-off and annual demand
- AccuracyRequired tolerances and weld quality level
- FinishCoating and film thickness
- DateTarget date for samples and series
Would you rather talk? Send us your number and a time that suits you and we will call back. Or call us on +49 9837 3569890. No drawing yet? Ask anyway. A short conversation usually settles whether it fits.
